Last Oak Golf & Country Club, Cowessess

Last Oak LogoThe Last Oak Golf and Country Club is nestled in the picturesque Qu'Appelle Valley which extends across southeast Saskatchewan. Its rugged hills with fluted folds provide a scenic backdrop to natural areas like Crooked Lake Provincial Park and the golf course

The fully-irrigated championship 18-hole course is located about 100 miles east of Regina on the Cowessess First Nation. At par 72, the full length 6,558 yard course makes use of the hilly terrain with a slope of 72. The creek that meanders through the valley floor also comes into play on 12 holes. Golfers face a long front nine but a shorter back nine. On all 18 holes, a premium is placed on accurate tee and iron shots because of water, bush and trees. Post game, golfers can enjoy an ultra-modern air conditonned clubhouse with full services and a pro shop.

Situated in a scenic portion of the Qu'Appelle Valley, featuring mixed prairie grass, groves of trembling aspen and patches of American Elm, lies Crooked Lake Provincial Park. Your suntan is guaranteed in a lakeside campsite or on the sandy beach. There are two nearby resorts - ask Crooked Lake Golf and Country Club about their stay-and-play golf packages.
