There’s indoor golf, and then there’s The First Tee Indoor Golf Centre! Great golf, mouth- watering pub food, handcrafted cocktails, and a great atmosphere make The First Tee one of Regina’s favourite destinations for golf and entertainment.
Located at 222 University Park Drive, The First Tee is Regina’s largest indoor golf centre, featuring 10 Full Swing golf simulators powered by the same technology used in TGL by superstars like Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, enjoying a friendly competition, or simply getting together with friends, there’s no shortage of fun to be had.
It’s about more than just golf!
The First Tee brings together the excitement of a sports bar with the service of a private country club. Catch the big game, enjoy some friendly competition golfing, and experience a level of personal service you’d expect from a private golf club. The staff take pride in knowing their guests, anticipating their needs, and making everyone feel like a member. No membership required!
The pub-style menu serves up delicious wings, loaded poutines, shareable platters, and crowd-favourite flatbread pizzas featuring crusts sourced from a local bakery.
Behind the bar, you’ll find much more than your average golf course drink selection. From expertly crafted Old Fashioneds and refreshing Transfusions to the iconic Azalea, made famous by The Masters, the cocktail menu has something for every occasion. Prefer a cold beer? There’s plenty of that, too!
The First Tee is home to popular Men’s and Ladies’ Indoor Golf Leagues, bringing golfers together for friendly competition and great times throughout the indoor season. 3 season throughout the winter make it easy to play in the Fall, Winter or Spring. Play all 3 and keep your game sharp!
For those serious about improving, PGA of Canada Professional Garrett McMillan, a three- time Teacher of the Year (2022, 2023, and 2024), offers year-round instruction using advanced Foresight GCQuad and TrackMan technology to help golfers better understand their swings and play their best golf.
Looking for the perfect clubs? The Fitting Lab at First Tee Indoor Golf Centre combines over 30 years of club-fitting experience from Garrett McMillan and fitting specialist Geoff Pettigrew with one of Regina’s most extensive selections of fitting equipment.
